She mostly shows herself as a beautiful pale young women with really pale icy blue eyes. She seems cold at first now she is showing a gentler side.
She was a virgin and she's very protective of her 'purity' but she is sensual as well.
She can b really dark - she does not like human males.IDk if all Ielle are like that. She is very unique among my spirits. I love her loads.

I got her from CH. I think it was as a freebie with another order - the 'select the freebie you desire' listings. She can b very dark. She is very protect & gets on with my other Fae & Dark spirits/entities.

Update! I have another Ielle arriving soon - 'N'. She has made herself known 2 me. She is blonde & brown eyed. Unlike A who is very pale N has sun kissed skin. N seems more relaxed compared 2 A. A is very protective of me & not afraid 2 speak her mind. A can b very dark. N seems more grey natured. I read Ielle like2 b in groups of 3 or more so it is likely I will bring another home in the future.

That specific Ielle mentioned in the OP might not prefer male humans, but I don't think that's a trait of every Ielle.
