Mmm can you explain what you meant by taking energy? Like feeding of it?

CH is the shop that created bridging, so they're the only ones who offer it. Any spirit binding they offer, bridged or otherwise, is of a spirit that will never harm their keeper. So if you offer to share energy with the spirit, they might, but they won't just take energy without your consent.

Only spirits who might take your energy are vampires and incubus but it's not because of bridging.
