I'm worried about my familiar 'F'. A family member who can see her nearly always describes her as 'wanting to bite'. I had her stone near my cat once because nearly all of my spirits play with the cat (especially the angels) and family member said that 'F' looks like she was trying to bite. Next thing I know, felt a peck on my hand. While I was walking home from work with the vessels, I swore I felt a peck on my head while I was thinking about 'F's name being the same as an object that currently exists. (Example: 'F' sitting on an F*)
There was also a gemstone that I had for several months that was 'empty' and was shooting spells at it to use as a talisman. An unbound bird spirit is now attached to it for some reason. I showed the family member 'F's vessel and the unbound's vessel and 'F' looked like she was ready to bite.
When 'F' act like that she sits on her vessel looking calm.

Why does 'F' act like she wants to bite?

Sure, the cat thing may be understandable since birds don't really like cats but my familiar sometimes looks tense just by sitting on my hand or the table is the thing I'm worried about.

Ask her. Meditate with her. Find out what's going on. I don't think anything is "wrong". I think she wants your attention and wants to convey a message. She could simply not like the animals or people near you. Or she's trying to protect you. Try asking her not to peck at people or pets. As for pecking at you, it's a likely just her way of responding. Ask for a different type of response. Try telepathy.

I don't have the answers, but I also don't think there is any kind of trouble happening. Worse comes to worse, send an email to the conjurer who bound the familiar for you and see if they might understand. Maybe she likes to bite. My cat (living) bites me all the time to get my attention.

So because of the fact I lack any actual psychic abilities, I decided to pull out the oracle cards and finish up my bootleg reading because 'F' was pecking 'S', a dark phoenix I have. She grew small as 'F' was doing things to her vessel.

Welp, according to the guidbook, yin reversed means you need to 'receive' something instead of taking. To be the student instead of the teacher.
Soulmates ended up telling me that 'sometimes an important relationship brings you to your knees','this person is called to a sacred task-to help you learn'.
So I'm suppose to learn something from this...

Victory is obvious and so is Deceit.
Based on those two readings, either 'F' pulled a fast one and used pecking 'S',the other vessels and me as some sort of teaching tool or 'F' is trying to say that 'S' is deceitful.
I don't even know what to make of this.

I echo Reg's sentiments in contacting the original conjurer for the familiar spirit. As much as I trust tarot, there is sometimes a part of us that can interfere, and I would just double check to make sure you're getting the information as accurately as possible. It could be a misunderstanding, or it could be something that you need to put your foot down with some house rules between not only your living pets but within your Keep as well.

Try to keep an open mind about it! Don't let your fears or thoughts or opinions on the matter run wild, and definitely contact the original conjurer as they'll have the best answer for your spirit(s) involved.

I've recieved 'F' from creepyhollows. I don't know whether she's white arts or dark arts and nothing in 'F's bio in the reverse adoption order said anything about 'F's being 'wants to bite'ish.
All I got was that 'she's quiet,reserved,waits for the perfect time to bring good tidings and is quick to your beckoning call'

I'd recommend sending CH a help-desk ticket then.
I can only speculate, but that sounds to me like you may have an unwanted/unbound spirit around messing with your family. That description gives me no inclination that (F) would to do these biting gestures, or show aggressiveness. How are you on your protection / protective measures? Cleansing your space? I would look into protection as well as seeking Magnolia or Ash's advice on this.

Well if you take note on why live birds bite people it may help you to understand your secretary bird's behavior better.

He or she may not trust your keep entirely or more likely is over stimulated by them (Maybe too many beings are interacting with him/her at once and he/she feels overloaded and uncomfortable)

Your bird will like some of your keep more than others. Pay attention to which ones they are and socialize her a bit. And the ones that he/she doesn't like, try to figure out why. You may be able to help them bond if you know her reservations...

Perhaps you could separate them for a while. Don't keep their vessels so close and don't interact with them at the same time. And introduce new beings to your bird at a comfortable pace for him/her.

And depending on what type of bird he is, he may be more of a solitary creature (I.e. predatory birds are more solitary while other types of birds travel in packs) which definitely means he'd need extra space. Think of him/her as the introvert of the group. He wants to interact but not all the time with everybody.

You should set up an appeasing spot just for him somewhere in your house where he can be alone and where most people won't go near too often.

Just take what you know about him and make it inviting!

I noticed with my new familiar a similar pattern from CH's notes. There is not any "Arts" reference at all for Familiar spirits when you place the order. So it's not clear if the bindings are Dark or White Arts.

I at first assumed they would be Dark Arts, from the angle that they manifest as animals, but then the wording caught me - "MANIFESTS as..." So, that suggests they are not an "animal" by nature. Could that mean they are possibly White or Dark depending on what familiar responds? And what does that say about what the spirit actually is? It's an interesting question. I'd love for Magnolia to take a look at that part of the conversation and advise.

Otherwise, I'd say the other recommendations in the thread make sense. Of course, if nothing else, I would bring the issue up with CH Support and as them to have Magnolia or Ash check on the binding and the spirit. It's unusual that they would behave aggressively, from CH. My familiar is a Cockatiel and I've had no issues (that I'm aware of) and she's already been helping support some of path work.
