i m not sure what you meant by that. I had worked with The yellow king and he isnt " crawling darkness". i would consider him a teacher, a protector when you ask for his help and an srt lover.
when I used to work more consiste with him. I would see him in my dreams. He is very tied to the dream world and dream magick

I was referring to Nyarlathotep....at least that's who presented himself to me as the yellow king. In the Book of the same name, the Author refers to "Hastur"....but that's a separate entity. Imo.

If I misunderstand then any underworld god of Greek or roman can be eldritch then. I love working with Apollo half brother Dionysus but I never thought of him as a horror

I have eldritch spirits and le for sure and while you might think they are ugly I find them cute lol. Its odd.

Nyarlathotep is crawling chaos, not crawling darkness though
But yeah, the yellow king is the yellow king, nyarlathotep is nyarlathotep. Although anyone can claim to be anything with the right outfit.
