Due to my health complications (I won’t go into details), I want to release my spirit family. I’m not interested in rehoming them. I just want them to be released but the conjurer is no longer available. What do I do?

You need the conjurer to do this, it's not something you can do. Releasing is for attached/ unbound.spirits. It doesn't work for bound beings.
This seems to be because an agreement has been entered into. And the binding may protect the being from meddling by practitioners who think they can release a bound being and don't even understand what a binding is.
Not all bindings are identical. Sometimes a practitioner incorporates a mutual agreement/ release option.
If the practitioner is most definitely no longer contactable, contact CH support and tell.them this. They'll definitely be able to give advice. I think sometimes they do try to help as a last resort.

Thank you for being responsible and choosing to release your keep rather than neglecting them. It is NOT as simple as just telling them to move on. Talking to CH support is your best bet for this situation if the conjurer is no longer reachable.
