I would always recommend trying to grow your own if it's at all possible.

Many culinary herbs which also have magical uses will grow quite happily in pots on a kitchen windowsill. I've got mint, parsley, dill, coriander, oregano, and rosemary growing in pots on mine.
Thanks for the recommendation! I've never really been a plant guy, but hey that sounds fun! Maybe add some life to my kitchen. I have a cat who sometimes like to nibble on plants, but I'll see what I can do. :p)

Catnip and cat grass are relatively easy to grow in pots and I'm sure your cat will thank you for it, assuming they are one of the cats that do go absolutely ga-ga over catnip.
