SO ENGROSSED YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR ASS FROM YOUR ELBOW

SOMETIMES YOU GET SO INTO WHATEVER IT IS YOU'RE DOING, FOR SO LONG, YOU COMPLETELY LOSE PERSPECTIVE. IT'S EASY TO DO IN THE PARANORMAL, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE NEW. YOU'RE SO EXCITED ABOUT SOMETHING YOU JUST WANT TO DIVE IN, GET STARTED, & IMMERSE YOURSELF. WHICH IS GREAT, TO A POINT.

IF YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING WELL, & REALLY GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT FROM IT, YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO STEP AWAY, AND COME BACK. YOU CAN'T EXPECT TO GET EVERYTHING YOU WANT FROM ONE SITTING.

KEEP CALM, KEEP YOUR HEAD. THE MORE FRUSTRATED YOU GET, THE MORE FOCUS YOU LOSE, & BEFORE YOU KNOW IT, YOU DON'T YOUR ASS FROM YOUR ELBOW.

YOU SEE THIS A LOT WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST STARTING OUT WITH MEDITATION, OR SPIRIT BONDING. THE ANTICIPATION IS THE MOTIVATION, RATHER THAN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ACTUAL SKILL ITSELF.

STEPPING AWAY, & COMING BACK, ENSURES THAT YOU ARE KEEPING A FRESH PERSPECTIVE, & GETTING THE MOST FROM THE TASK.

You know I 've had that problem for years, not knowing the difference between my ass and my elbow, apparently it happens to the best of us.

I am new and when I read the posts of others and the experiences with their spirits/entities, I think my spirits will act the same. \ NOT!!! :B they are their own person and will interact in their own way. since then, I have seen a lot more experiences with them since I let go of the expectations of how I THOUGHT they should interact. 8 So this helps!!!
