Hey Ash,

I placed an order for a custom spell. It was meant to be bound to one person's spirit and not cross-bridged. I sent several emails and received no answer...but my later emails were answered.

Please help.

medeca, you'll need to put in a help desk ticket for order issues because they can't be posted here. Ash and Mags most likely won't see it especially after it get buried. Also, please don't post in anyones personal blogs. Only that person can post in their blog. I'll archive this thread after giving you some time to see this post.

Have you put in a help desk ticket and did you set it as a high or emergency priority? They're most likely not going to see it here and mods have no connection with the store, so we can't relay any forum messages to them....that's why Mags set the rule not to post store issues in the forum.

No, but I will. However, I seen others posts explaining an issue with their orders and receiving a response so I didn't think anything of it.
