I've done some research but I'm not sure if the information is true.
For some people who suicide, they were able to see the light and move on. Some people feared punishment so they refused to go into the light and stay earthbound or like what Noc said they are attached to their family or have some unfinished business to do so they stay on earth. Some were not able to see the light and need some assistance to see the light and move on.

For what its worth, I've never, ever seen a deceased human spirit trapped in hell realm.

Good to know. I had always worried about what happened to some high school friends. I never believed in pergatory, and always felt like hell would be unjust to someone who was obviously already suffering painfully.AstralD wrote:For what its worth, I've never, ever seen a deceased human spirit trapped in hell realm.

Yes I agree so this really ease me a lot. I know people who killed themselves because they were bullied, etc

I have a friend who committed suicide 6 years ago. He was schizophrenic and had been on medication for a long time, almost 20 years. When I met him at work, he had just been stabilised on one medication which worked really well for him. After 19 years the government took his medication off the PBS and his doctor was trying to find another affordable medication to keep his 'demons' at bay. (Bad choice of words here, but that is what HE called them.) 6 months after, the doctor still hadn't found a suitable replacement and my friend's headaches were getting worse. I suspect he was much more psychic than he would admit and that these headaches were more than just headaches. After all, being psychic is not commonly accepted and people who are, are often reluctant to talk about it in public. We used to talk about these things all the time at work. A couple of years after he committed suicide, I was wondering how he was, whether he was 'healed' yet. We used to discuss these type of things a lot and I really miss our convos. I contacted him through meditation (took more than a few tries) and he said he is almost healed and ready to start deciding when he will return and what will be his lessons this time around. So what he believed seems to be how things are for him. Either that or I had a major hallucination!

A suicide going to hell, would imply their act was sinful. That's really a matter of belief..
I am not religious so would say it holds no merit whatsoever.
Though, I am familiar with 'Hell' in it's many forms, and my knowledge only supports this.
Purgatory is a reality, but more a state of being/energy than a place in itself.

I can't really add much... just that some of those who died from suicide seemed very confused, especially if they were in a very agitated or mentally unbalanced/unsound state when they did the act. It could be why there are still around. Oftentimes they carry the dying experience with them, which doesn't help - it's like they are trapped in the dying process, going through it again and again.
Not all are like that, just some.

My brother committed suicide 6 years ago this Anzac Day.
For about two months after his death, I strongly felt him around me and my family. I would feel him beside me with an arm around my shoulders when I was getting frustrated with the kids. He was fond of the "little dudes" as he called them.
And then one day his energy was gone. I felt that he had moved on.
I don't think he is stuck here, he would raise too much mischief if he were still hanging around!
