Anyone know anything about them?

Oh and I saw one of my fairies the first night I meditated with them...I saw a bright red/pinkish orb for about 20-30 seconds before my minds eye gave out. When I tried to look into the details of the orb the wings looked like a monarch butterflies:

Not sure which of the two I saw but, I thought it was pretty cool to see it the first night.

I am of Hungarian Blood, and I have never heard of the Tündér Fae. That might be a cool one to look into. :D

If you are seeing one, then that is way to cool!!

I would ask Magnolia about it. Maybe she can do a custom for you! Or, at least help you get them bound if they want to be. :faery:

I've never heard of these two types of Fae!!!

I always love to hear of Fae types that I didn't know of before, I ADORE Fae :D

So, now you have me curious about these two as well!!!

Giving this a bump then too, if anyone else knows about them?

:faery:
Well after having them for a few days now I can honestly say that these fae are very loving beings. :D

I also love watching them fly around when I have the chance.

Some of the stuff I read on iele sounded scary at first but, once I got to know them it wasn't as bad as people made them out to be.

If you get a chance to get one I do recommend it!

Have you tried asking your older folks about the Tündérs?

They might know something about them since they have a history like folkore.

Oh and I already have them. :P

I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with them since I haven't seen any posts about them here.

My nana passes away in 1989 and the rest of the family does not know much about them. I have a feeling a trip to the region is in my future.

will point out a few excerpts that stood out to me,

But, as Tekla Dömötör says in Hungarian Folk Beliefs, "[g]entle and beautiful fairy girls fit for a royal marriage exist exclusively in fairy tales." The fairies of folklore are considerably more ambiguous. They live in natural places, such as lakes and streams (often in underwater palaces), and are capable of dragging a man into the water until he drowns.

The word tündér, he tells us, is not exactly equivalent to the English "fairy"; rather, it seems to refer to a female supernatural being who is capable of appearing and disappearing, or making things appear and disappear, and is associated with fate itself.

Male fairies do appear in Hungarian literature (2) but the fairies of Hungarian folklore seem to be exclusively female. Dömötör associates them, as well as the witches and fair ladies they resemble, with the female demons common to many European cultures, such as the Serbo–Croatian víla. We can also understand them as succubi, or forms of Lilith

PS - It's an interesting read, but I would say take it with a grain of salt. From what I understand, they are mostly considered as Hungarian water fairies that live near lakes and islands. Page 2 of that link provides you with more reference material. Hope this helps.

An interesting read. Thanks for posting it Anna!
I wonder if anyone has a binding of a lele fairy. I'm still pondering whether or not I should get one.
