I had my gargoyle for 3 months before it connected with me. I just tasked it to let me know that it was present with me. I saw it in a dream and heard clicking claws on my walls and floors. I never tasked it again for about 2 years. I read it loves concrete. I got a very large piece of broken concrete and sat my vessel on it for 2 months. Everyday in dreamtime my gargoyle let me know that it was there quietly protecting me. :U

He's kind of reclusive though. He slinks around hunting anything icky and if I don't feel well he doubles his guard C:

Gargoyles are wonderful spirits to have. I have several and love each and every one. I also have baby ones. They are just so darn cute and want to be big boys and girls. They each have a place on my property. Although the roof they have to share with my black dragons, but no one seems to mind. :gargoyle:: :gargoyle::

I have two and I can't say that either have gone out if their way to make connect with me but I was quite surprised at happy they make me. Several years ago prior to buying them I was in a different neighborhood and noticed someone had a a gargoyle statue in their yard. I would often go out of my way just to get a glance of the gargoyle.
After I purchased my second gargoyle I was in a different city and due to a detour was on a street I'd never been on before to my surprise there was another house that had a gargoyle statue. This one sat very high one a pole. Every time I drive past either one I just smile.
My first gargoyle didn't have a name he was a custom conjure..When I was going through the names asking if he liked this one or that one. He made it quite clear he didnt like most of them...lol. We were finally able to settle on a name.

I'm a little concerned. I received a custom gargoyle a couple weeks back. Within 12 hours of my order, I heard a distinct train of thought reply to a random topic I was thinking. A few days later, I heard the clacking claws, saw his tail, and even had a swath taken out of peanut butter I left him. Haven't had much since, and especially lately. I've requested his presence a few times with no obvious reply. Same for my grimmy I received at the same time. I'm concerned maybe something is binding them from me. Or someone is. I sent the description of the two spirits (names included) to the person who introduced me to spirit keeping. He recently has decided to cut ties with me. I do not assume he would try to rebind them to himself, but I am starting to get nervous. Any relevant thoughts would be appreciated.

Even if he did rebind them, a binding is just an energy connection, they could still be near u regardless

That is true, and thank you for the reply even though I hadn't kept track. I just wish there was a task manager I could pull up to see whether I'm blocking myself or if they are unbound.
