When I was young, the goddess Lakshmi appeared before me. She still communicates with me from time to time. When I logged into the CH store, the listing for a binding of Lakshmi was right there on the home page and i just had to buy it. I had just enough money. It was also the last one in stock...so i know it was meant to be! Im really excited and will post my experience with her. Does anyone else have a binding of Lakshmi!?

I don't have a binding of Lakshmi, but I've heard amazing things about her. Congrats on an obvious calling. :thumbup:

Wow, that's so cool! I wish she would appear before me as well since I have an amulet connected to her as well.

You should try doing mantras and giving her some offerings.

The mantra that I use is, "OM SRI MAHA LAKSHMYAI NAMAH" and try not to eat meat on thursdays if you really want to connect with her.

The offerings that I have made to her are dried Calendula flowers and an oil with the same scent. You can also offer rice or fruits as well.

Lakshmi is a goddess of wealth and prosperity. during the festival of Diwali, Hindu people keep their door open to let enter Lakshmi inside their house. Hindu's holy day is Tuesday and they preach the gods and give them offerings like flowers and fruits but it depends on gods coz some of them like different things. for ex. Shiva likes the offering of milk in his temple.

I have a binding of Lakshmi but I haven't worked with her lately. I used to give her offerings of honey. One night whilst I was asleep I swore I smelt honey. But I dismissed it because I hadn't given her any offering that night. In hindsight, I think she might have paid me a little visit that night. Anyway thanks for starting this thread, I think it's time for me to work with her binding again..and do keep us posted of your experiences. :thumbup:

Not yet, she is sitting in my waiting list though, added her literally like a day ago, and now have spotted this thread so am wondering whether it's a sign!

She is indeed a Goddess of Wealth and Good Fortune. Love and Beauty also. Ideal offerings would be diva lamps, pink flowers, money, coconuts and incense.

deadhead, that is great. When things like that happen, it leaves very little doubt that you are being called. I have not worked with her myself (and now we all know why ) but I have looked into her, as I do with all Wealth Immortals. She is often venerated with Ganesha and Kubera. But it is not necessary to work with them to work with Lakshmi.

Everyone has already given you great information on her and what she likes.

It is an honor to have an Immortal show an interest in you and to call you so blatantly. She must have some wonderful plans for you. I do hope you will keep us updated.

I working with her and well also have issues with the "clean house" requirement, so will have to start cleaning around also is great this topic, so far I do offerings Wednesdays and Sundays at 1:00 PM and/or 8:00 PM that are planetary hours and days for wealth related.

About avoid meat Thursdays well will try that but will be hard, I'm not vegetarian compatible at all, and will try the others offerings.

Spiritual_Student have you worked extensively with Lakshmi?
