If you're not capable of great violence you can't call yourself peaceful...only harmless

Always make sure you have a banishing or dismissal ready if they won't depart willingly.

I am very much beginner myself here, first time i tried visualization method was hmm 2 years a go . Experience may variate invidually but it takes time to slowly see images of female/male spirit you try imagine. Hair and eyes might be different in each time or height, maybe even there can be multiple persons that you come in contact. In past 6 months it has come slightly more frequent experience short flashes of images time to time not every week of course.
Personally i don't force myself if it won't work, i simply relax and listen music/binaurs. I do dream in night shortly about women in my case, experiences can sometimes be slightly scary yes. Never bad or nightmarish thought since i try stay calm, also i am respectful to any spirit i might encounter. (They have feeling like we do) getting bound spirit is probably good idea, i am comfortable with unbound ones my self.

It's a protected 'non-binding' conjuration, which gets round the issues about protection and bashing etc that are mentioned above in this thread. And it's not binding - it's for temporary interaction, however as the first post states, "ONCE CONJURED A NON-BINDING SPIRIT MAY CHOOSE TO REVISIT YOU AT LATER DATES, IF YOU ALLOW THEM OR INVITE THEM TO DO SO."
You must stay on the path. Do not leave it.
If you do, you'll never...
find it again.
No matter what may come, stay on...
