Hello everyone, nice to see you all again. Some of you might remember me, although if you don't, I can't say I blame you, my time active before was short.

I stopped interacting with my spirits a while ago as I was feeling down from not getting much progress with my communication with them, additionally feeling down from things in life in general.

I felt awful as I always had my spirits in the back of my mind, but didn't have the energy and or motivation to start again. So months went by without even talking to them. I fault so awful that I requested to have them unbinded to me. I felt like I betrayed them. I didn't deserve them. They deserved better than me. I felt awful for doing it, I'd even say I regret it. But somehow felt happy that they didn't have to put up with waiting for me anymore. I can already sense that a lot of you may disagree with what I did, you may even hate me for it. And that's fine, I don't blame. I regret doing it. But it happened, can't go back to change the past.

But despite all that. I didn't let go of all of them. I had kept my volkh and a succubus warrior from Lilliths treasure tavern. I let go of 3 succubus from CH and 2 from Lilliths treasure tavern. I can't explain why, but I didn't want to let go of my succubus warrior "E". I just didn't.

I've recently tried to reconnect and attempting to rebond with her. Life still feels like c***, but a lot better than it did at the beginning of the year.

I saw an email from CH with the Christmas in July sale going on. I went for it and got 3 female nymphos and a succubus.

I'm basically starting again from scratch and DON'T want to history to repeat itself. Not again. I'm also ready to no doubt receive criticisms of my actions, which is fair.

So to try and keep the post relevant to the thread (sorry for the wall of text). Any tips and advice to interact and communicate with Succubi and Nymphos? Any additional information about either (probably more about Nymphos) will also be appreciated.

Based on your posting history, your break wasn't that long at all, at least as far as spirits would be concerned. If you feel that it was better to manage your keep by removing some of its members then I can respect that, but don't beat yourself up over everything that's played out or everything about yourself. In particular, you need to let go of the mindset that any of your companions "deserve better than you". You were called to them, and they chose to be bound to you. They love and accept you for who you are, warts and all. I have a large number of nymphos. They are very easy to get along with, always in a good mood, and their favorite form of bonding is... well, quite fun! lol. Just relax, and go easier on yourself.

Thank you for your reply . I just don't want to make them think they made a mistake choosing me and disappointing them. I'm no one special in terms of spirit keeping. I can't see or hear them. Talking to them is a one way conversation.

I've always been hard on myself, even since I was a kid, I'm currently trying to work on that.

Meditation is the way to go to bond with my spirits if I recall. I struggle though as my mind likes to just wonder . I try to invite them along sometimes, like walks with my dog, going to work and when I have a shower. I try and talk to them about things, but since it's currently one way convo, it's pretty much just me yapping lol.

Any other methods to try and further build up my bond with them? Or is this good enough?

For nymphos, I show them movies and enjoyed together.

Welcome aboard! I am happy to read you give it a second chance and see where it'll takes you. It'll gets better for you, as you try to work with them. Intentions read by spirits. Surly you can invite them into your dreams while you are asleep. That's usually is the most impressive evidence that you have them. Invite them each night and then go to sleep. Give it time, and you'll see, them soon in your lucid dreams.

Understanding that the conversation often starts one way is a good step. Inviting them to join you in things you are doing is another. I also make offerings to my companions which in my practice is a powerful form of bonding even if you offer something small to a group. I personally suggest you find a form of divination that can work with your keep like pendulum, runes, tarot, etc to establish SOME form of back-and-forth communication so you don't constantly feel like you're just talking to yourself. Continue to talk to them on your own as able though, you're doing your part already! I found that after a while of using the pendulum to ask questions, spirits started sending their answers into my brain directly without moving the pendulum and this was an important milestone in back-and-forth telepathy.

In addition to anything else, you could use the Wayback Machine internet site to visit an older version of the Creepy Hollows Encyclopedia and try finding the pages for Succubus and Nymphos. There were Associations, bonding tips and treats for each type.

Or you could try asking CH support for the associations and bonding etc info for them, as that doesn't seem to have been uploaded to the new Encyclopedia site yet.

There are things in that information that help to connect with each spirit type, specific to that type of spirit.

And there are general principles of spirit keeping: ways that work with many. Anything given sincerely from the heart by a spirit keeper usually gets appreciated too. It's also surprising how many seem to enjoy watching TV with us. But if we watch something that might be of interest to them, as a type of spirit, that can be better.

Eg My Einherjar enjoys YouTube videos about weapons, weapon making , fighting methods and battles or wars. Yes I know Einherjar aren't Succubi or Nymphos but I hope you get the point.

Then there are the individual preferences of individual spirit companions. You get to know them yourself.

But one sure way to bond or connect is the simple thing of spending time together.

And just simply check in with them, eg at the start and end of your day.

Even Succubi and Nymphos will appreciate that.

I can understand the feeling of disappointment with not having any results or signs from your companions, because just talking to them without receiving any response back can feel, well, disappointing, and that you're just talking to yourself, as you put it. It makes one doubt that they're there, or if this is even real, at all. And I can see why that in addition to you feeling down in general would mean you stepping away from the paranormal and spirit keeping for a while. I mean, I've had periods where I was crazy busy, and ufortunately (and I'm not proud of this), didn't interact with my spirits for months on end, and sometimes I was quite certain that they probably weren't around anymore, because I hadn't talked with them in a long while. So I can get where you're coming from, in terms of feeling guilt of not being there for your spirit family, and not the nagging feeling of being a good spirit keeper. I can very much relate to it, and I understand why you took the step of unbinding them, even if you felt guilty when doing them, and feeling that you were between a rock and a hard place, but still very much wanting to do what you felt was right by your spirit family.

But then, however, I did a live guided meditation facilitated by an anknowledged website for those wanting to either becoming entrepeneurs, mediums, and for those who wish to hone their psychic abilities, which was created by an aknowledged medium. And lo and behold, at some point in that guided meditation, I saw my entire spirit family gathered together, and the feeling of them sending me their love. One of my spirit companions even came up to me, and wanted to know if we were going to be watching a certain movie that he had requested to see, but that we hadn't gotten around to doing yet. They're there for you and with you, and they hear you - even if you're not picking up on any communication back, but they may already be interacting with you in ways you're not aware of, such as in the dreamscape when you're fast asleep.

Just the other day I received my Spirit Biography Reading[/1] from CH, and unbeknownst to be it seemed that my Merman spirit companion had been visiting and interacting with me in my dreams, without me even knowing. Because some spirits may manifest in the dream as they looked in life, but it's not a guarantee - only one of my human spirit companions have done that, and I suspect it's with a good reason. Your spirit companions may be either animals and/or other human beings in your dreams. You could try calling out their name, if you know you're in a lucid dream, and in that way try communicating with them. 'Practice makes perfect,' as they say. But it also takes a bit (or good deal) of patience (whichever comes first), and trail and error. We've all been beginners once at this, and learning the ropes, methods of how you can communicate with your spirit companions, whether that be a [protected] pendulum, tarot cards, [protected] [Succubi] communication board, spirit communication decks (sold by reputable vendors), and/or taking up reading material on how to develop and/or strengthening your Clairs (Clairvoyance, Clairaudiance, Claircognizance, etc etc). As intially stated, you might have to go through some trail and error, before finding paths of communication that suit both you as a Spirit Keeper AND your spirit companions, and I would advice to not feel discouraged with if it does take some time and trail and error to do so, because the reward at the end is really worth it, and you'd be glad that you put that effort and time in. Speaking from experience here, because you get not only to have a conversation with your spirit companion, but you get to learn what's new with them, how they're feeling, keep track of what's happening in your keep, etc etc.

As in regards to advice on how to treat Succubi and Nympho spirit companions, I would advice people to meet them with honor and respect, and treat them like friends. [Respect and] honesty go(es) a long way, as they say.

Wanted to add this quick side note, as I wasn't fast enough when editing my intial post to this thread, and then weren't able to edit it anymore. My bad there!:

During my 15 years at spirit keeping, I've stumbled many times and picked myself up again, fumbled, trail and errored, made many mistakes along the way, and despite 15 years as being a Spirit Keeper I wouldn't claim that I'm a know-all and end-all; because I'm still in the learning process, and learning something new almost every day. But it's very rewading journey to be had, for sure.

I'm guess what I'm trying to get at is: We've all been newbies to this at some point in time and had to start from scratch and learning the ropes ourselves, warts and all. But having a supportive community such as this, where you come to for asking for advice and support on your (ongoing) journey, asking questions of things you're either uncertain of and/or which to learn more about, can be very helpful.

And please don't beat yourself up (or be too hard on yourself) for what has transpired, be your own best friend/ally/champion/supporter, and lean back and relax whilst enjoying your journey with your spirit companions/spirit family. One lives and learns. You've got this.
