So for arguments sake there a rouge servitor you don't want to "change" it but to destroy it, ignoring it is nearly impossible. What would you do?

For future reference, always leave a killswitch/failsafe in every astral thing you create.

That said, how to destroy it depends entirely on how you made it.
Did you give it energetic structure? a core? chakras? links to a perpetual energy source?

Or is it freeform style where you just thought about it until it became real to you?

Possible answers:
Sever link to perpetual energy source
Shatter core or chakras
Apply Void Energy to servitor inner structure

All of these would destroy a servitor.

But if its freeform, you might not have a servitor, you might have some weird tulpa-esque monstrosity that has decided you do not control it anymore and it wants to make your life hell.
Despite that, anything you created, you can destroy.
It, like everything else in the astral, is a matter of willpower.
You could also ask your entities to do it, or try calling on ArchAngel Micheal if the rogue thoughtform is harassing you and you are of an angelic persuasion.

Well kinda those ones made on mistake, I been dealing with it for awhile now. At first the idea of it being a thought form did not even cross my mind. Am still not sure if it is, but am kinda running out of theories.
