Releasing from bounds?

How do you go about releasing spirits bound to you? Also once you have released them is there a chance they will not leave? I have come to the conclusion this is not for me and do not think it’s fair to keep anything bound to me. Is there an easy way to release them from their bonds.

Easy way is by contacting the original conjurers and asking them to release the binding.
If the conjurers are competent, the spirits shouldn't disturb you anymore, unless they are already around you since before they're bound.

Can I ask you why you felt this spirit wasn't right for you? How did/ do you know? Did it ask to be released? I have do many questions. Mainly so I know what to be aware of should I find myself in a similar situation. Thank you
