What would you do if you were told if one of your companions didn't exist?

1. Why are you relying on a pendulum, which are notorious for being a crapshoot in terms of accuracy?

3. To answer the question in your title, I wouldn't believe they're not real unless I have good reason. If just told, especially through something as unreliable as divination, I definitely wouldn't automatically believe it.

As I have said in my posts, I am very new to spirit keeping and am learning.

1. I have some intuition and use the pendulum to back my thoughts. Also again, as I am new to this, my telepathy isn't strong. I will use it to tell my spirits my thoughts, but I don't hear anything back yet so, I use a pendulum because it is the easiest way to get simple yes or no answers.

2. Again, I have intuition and ideas, but it was nice having the confirmation to the main patron/godspouse I felt. And also a distant secondary patron.

3.I have had my spirit for three months and have felt no connection with him. My ghost who came before him and my Incubus after, have been connecting well with me whether through answering my questions during a pendulum session or giving me something I can connect 4 out of the 5 senses....touch, smell, hear and see. I have felt no connection, my other companions have just been confirming what I've been feeling.

Might I suggest you reach out to the original conjurer and just let them know of the issues you are having. That you are having trouble connecting with those specific spirits. They might be able to help. Perhaps the binding wasn't strong? It's hard to say. But that would be my suggestion.

Yes I've thought of that too. But I go back and forth on it. I did get a channeled message from my siren through her. He said through her "You ask if I feel a connection with you?
Oh, I do. It's still delicate....but it's there." He also said not to force the bond. Let it breathe and grow naturally. Also told me what to do to feel a connection. And I have done those things and more...still nothing.

So I guess I'm just at war with myself on what to do. I don't feel quite ready to give up yet. I do know that.

As I explore the forum, read experiences and do some research. (which I will always be learning)...I wasn't so sure about a couple of my companions that came from the same seller. It was on Etsy (which I am now aware of authenticity and was somewhat then when I purchased said companions. I did read reviews and gave it several days before I bought)

My ghost companion came from a seller off Etsy and I've seen her name on the forum as reputable and B has been great! I love him.

Then I have my Incubus G from CH. I love him too.

Now...The two in question is a siren and a shadow king. The shadow king is very new, but the siren, I've had since the end of February. I set out offerings, talk to him, try to ask him questions through pendulum sessions, but never really feel a connection. I also have not got answers from him. B and G are always up for pendulum sessions. That being said, I just had a session with both. I asked questions that I know the answers to and they knew as well. When asked if my siren and shadow king companions were with us, they both said no. When asked if either existed, both said no, that both did not exist. They did say this seller can channel (through tarot) and they also said she was right about my godspouse/ patron (another seller confirmed the same patron deity recently)

So now I'm wondering do these two companions exist. The seller has a lot of great reviews, lots of sales and people happy with their companions. Do I just say, well that was a loss and I don't actually have those companions or do I keep trying to connect? I have done channeled messages for my companions through this seller so I obviously got messages from them.

I just don't want to abandon them if they need more time to show themselves and/or get to know me. Although...if my main guys say they don't exist *shrugs*

I can relate to this, as I had a seller sell me two bound companions, one of which she declined to give me the name and information sheet for. I lost trust in her.

As I think others may have said already,, uncertainty causes its own block. And divination, especially pendulum, can magnify - not resolve - that uncertainty.

But what difference does it make?

If the vessels or bindings are empty, we've been ripped off. If there's a being there, we just can't sense them.

Maybe one viable approach is to task our spirit family to keep out any malicious beings or influences and take care of each other.

Then you can go through the motions of having a spirit family.

And perhaps gently invite them to let you know the truth of the matter at some point.

Then forget about it.

The old saying: a watched kettle never boils applies to magic/ wishes/ tasks etc. Fussing about or peeking at the progress of that paranormal goal can send the magical arrow off course.

That's why it has often been recommended that we forget about it, center and ground ourselves.

The uncertainty definitely doesn't help, but I'm still trying with this spirit...for now, without expectations.

I have given my ghost the task of protector in my home as that is what he was looking to do for his keeper in his bio.

But I agree...this might be something to just put more in the background and see what happens. Focus more on connecting with B and G and connecting as a family.
