the subject says all. I have zero clue how, and my concentration is crappy since well I itch due to a skin writing condition. plus I have a few mental issues. what can I do? any help would be much appreciated and lets just say I got a hot friend coming next week I hope. a succubus to be precise! Any warnings? like what should I avoid if I don't want to wind up dead and non existent period?

Astral projection and lucid dreaming are two different things and there're different methods for each one of them.
There're tons of methods for lucid dreaming and each method works different for everyone, if you just google "lucid dreaming methods", you'll find alot of sites, where you can do your research :) (The topic itself is so big, I would spend days typing about different methods)

It can be complicated if you can't concentrate for a longer time when you want to do AP...did you already try to meditate to expand your concentration-span?
Other good methods to prepare for AP are any techniques to improve your visualisation skills.

I had a sleep paralysis episode setting in during my nap yesterday, but woke before it fully set it. is that a good sign that it may be an opportunity?

It's an opportunity for an OBE. I never had sleep paralysis in my whole life, but there're techniques you can follow after you reached this state. Like imagine a rope over your head and "pull" yourself out of your body.

so why does the sleep paralysis feel so UNPLEASENT? that unpleasant feeling is what I try to avoid and I been noticing the sleep paralysis has been a little more common over the past few years. and since my succubus has arrived I have a gut feeling it will become more common since well she is desperate to play

Because you don't have control over your body, which trigger a fear-reaction, because you are more or less defenseless.
Like I said: I never had sleep paralysis, so I'm the wrong person to ask here : /

It's always best to learn how to shield yourself first. You can rely your protection on a spirit as a "addition", but it's more important you know how to defend yourelf in the first place.

how do I shield my self then? and I'm hoping all this info helps others too
