Hi fellow spirit keepers ~
I've been attempting to astral project for some time now. I listen to meditative music and reach a vibrational stage every time I try. I have followed multiple meditation guides, but still get nowhere. What are some tips for when I am experiencing the vibrational stage? What else do I need to do/visualize?
Thank you !

This is just my way of doing things but...I would just find a good method and stick to it. For me, a good method is one that incorporates ways to protect yourself on journeys and has a clear method / procedure for leaving the body...and is basically a comprehensive approach. It helps if it is from a respected author and publishing house.
I'm generally wary of DIY mixing and matching bits from different methods (especially as a beginner), as each method may cover everything necessary but in different ways and the beginner may not realise that they've left out crucial steps.
1 Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics has been recommended here a number of times. It's comprehensive. He also has another book on Mastering Astral Projection.
2 DJ Conway - I have Robert Bruce's book but I'd already learned DJ Conway's method for astral traveling. Her book A Witch's Guide To Astral Realms may (or may not) suit your purposes. She was a respected author on magical arts, and had a pagan/wiccan take on astral travel. Her books are still published by the respected publishers Llewellyn Books. Here is a review of that book...

You must stay on the path. Do not leave it.
If you do, you'll never...
find it again.
No matter what may come, stay on...
the path! [Gandalf, in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug]
