As soon as I get the baby settled, I plan on writing a quick guide to safety and how to use essential oils, the first oil I want to cover is Lavender. Then if I have time this evening I will cover base oils. If not I'll get itdone some time in the next few days.

Cinnamon oil, smells great, BUT on you skin, well lets put it this way, you can't find water fast enough.

My hubby had a furince blow up in his face a couple of years ago!!!!

What saved his eyes, was his glasses!!!! However he had second degree burns on the right side of his face!!! I of course took him to the hospital and they had him use a cream, then come in everyday to de-breed the dead skin off and put more cream on, after a couple of weeks, he was done with that, so we used lavender oil on his face, a very thin coating, and to this day, you can never tell he was burn as there are no scars!!!!!

Basically just post anything you'd like, it's ALL wanted I have been meaning to do some stuff but rl has been so stupidly busy lately I've not had a chance to do anything worth anything in this section.

When I was reading your post I thought "ooh reflexology! No wait.. Lymphatic drainage! Wait wait distance healing ooooh!". And on and on, so please share whatever you have time for, and thank you again!
