It is a self-attunement manual and it specifies that it must always be given for free. It was inspired by bathing in water with sea salt, but the intention is to connect with the experience without the requirement of an actual bathtub or physical sea salt. Anyone can use the self-attunement; there are no special requirements like having Usui Reiki in advance.
