Vessel on your pulse points

Okay here's another little idea for connecting... have any of you tried putting your spirit's vessel on your pulse points? Like on your wrist, crook of your arm, neck, temple, anywhere you feel a pulse. I also tried putting the vessel over my heart. The idea is to be able to feel your heartbeat or pulse through the vessel. Sending LIFE energy into it. I just recently started doing this, and I think it helps a lot. If any of you have done this as well, what has been your experience with it?

i have not tried this but will begin! brilliant idea.
i have meditated with a unakite stone over my third eye and i feel that it helps, but you have to be perfectly still so it doesn't slide off! lol.

Many of my spirits repeatedly request that I put their vessels over my heart. I'm not sure why...but I do it.

If I'm meditating lying down I always put the spirits vessel on my heart. I find I get a stronger feeling of their presence when I do this.
Must try other pulse points too. Great idea!! :thumbup:

Whenever I hold my spirits' vessels in my hand (I hold it with a firm grip) I always feel my pulse, I actually found it annoying because I'm trying to feel their energy not my pulse. Interesting, so when I hold the vessel firmly in my hand and I feel my pulse that's actually beneficial? :wtf:

Could be.
its an experiment. I know it seems to work for me.

I did this the other day, I was lying down and was holding my Gold and Red dragon over my heart meditating and I was feeling the energy in the pendant when for one beat I felt my heart about jump out of my chest :insane: . It didn't hurt, I thought it was pretty cool to have a response like that. I'll try the pulse points too, thanks for the idea. :thumbup:

I put their vessel over my heart most of the time and I did this with my third eye, but got me dizzy and headache. I also like to hold them between my hands until I can feel they vibrating with my heart. Use my pulse to getting in trance so it work great for me and most of the times like this is when I can hear them.
