Been 10 days since my last session.
Had something frightening occur a week ago tonight, fainted in the washroom, and awoke to a nose gushing blood. Not sure what caused it...could have been the chaos in the world, and it's energies, or health related, or spirit related.
anyway, i asked during this session, no clue if any answers were revealed.
Doing relatively ok now, but still feeling not 100% myself, as I don't know what triggered the fainting spell.
Anyway, let's see if the spirits are active in this session or not. also the super moon tonight, so had them charging under the moonlight for a few hours on my balcony.

aww, thank you I have been posting in my blog, but even that...not as much lately. I admit, I have been not feeling "myself" lately, so have been sort of hiding away while worrying about things.

I think every thing going on in the world has got everyone a little on edge , and not feeling like ourselves.
Just be good to yourself and I hope you feel better soon.

thank you I have had to stay away from the news, as it is really messing me up.Just knowing there is nothing I can do for all those people suffering right now, it is really taking a toll on me
