My problem is I don't jump straight to the dream journal, I just figure I'll do it when I have time later after work. By that time I often forget the details I thought I'd remember... Re: When requesting dream visits fail...?
One option if you can't write right after waking up is to record using your cellphone etc. After turning off the alarm, activate the voice recorder and just talk about whatever you remember while still laying down. Later, review and maybe write what you said in the record : )

ThisSpiritGurl wrote: ↑Sat Jan 12, 2019 12:25 amIn my experience when you ask a spirit to visit you in your dreams they usually do, your probably just not remembering them. You should keep a dream journal and write down the dreams you do remember, in time you should start seeing your spirits.

This is very good advice indeed! Thank you very much for sharing!denanna123 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 12, 2019 1:12 amAre you experienced in Lucid dreaming? If not than that is something you'll want to practice first. It takes time and effort for most people to get to the lucid dream state, it took me nearly 2 years to get it down and I still sometimes slip in and out lol.
If you're already an experienced lucid dreamer than try getting into your lucid state and just calling to her there.
If Lucid dreaming isn't something you've mastered yet than I recommend starting a dream journal as a first step. Just quickly write down anything you remember about any dreams you've had the night before as soon as you wake up in the morning. Strengthening dream recall is a a good foundation.
There's quite a bit on lucid dreaming on the forums here well as! Good luck and happy dreaming!
And it is possible that she has come to you in dreams and you just don't remember.
