I set my spirits a very difficult task, some might even say monumental. They astounded me by completing it in a month and sixteen days. I'll say what it was if someone really wants to know, but I don't want to sound like I'm bragging.

Dont feel the need to disclose anything you dont want to but thats really great to hear of a successful endeavour! Posting of your surprise and success comes across as appreciative for your spirits so also dont worry about bragging a little sometimes hehe

Ok, I will brag a tiny bit, since they deserve it. I told them I wanted a house, to buy, not rent. I wanted an older house, since new ones don't really appeal to me. I gave them a certain area I wanted it in. Not long after, they drew my attention to a house in the area I wanted a house in. Once I confirmed I wanted the house, they went to work. We viewed the house on February 12, of this year, and closed Mar. 28th. There were other offers made on the house, but all were rejected. I feel my spirits had something to do with all the other offers being rejected. Of course, the realtor went out of her way to help, but I feel all of her help would have been for nothing, if my spirits hadn't been working behind the scenes.

Don't feel bad about bragging, I know I would be in your shoes! That's a truly impressive sequence of events for sure. Your keep wanted you to have that house, and made sure only your claim would be accepted. Truly a cause for celebration!
