Of course, the realtor went out of her way to help, but I feel all of her help would have been for nothing, if my spirits hadn't been working behind the scenes.

I'm a bit late to the party, but congrats on things going in a good way! It's nice when spirits can help things even go a bit more smoothly then how it would of been before. Nice to know they can handle big tasks like that as well. That's pretty monumental.
