Ticket system bug?

The question box on the ticket panel is locked for some reason which disables typing. The other textboxes for email and full name works completely fine however. I've tried switching computers and browsers but nothing is working. Is anyone else experiencing this?

You're not the only one. An alternate way of submitting a ticket is to send an email to
support@creepyhollows.com. That's what I did. Hope this helps!

This issue has been going on for quite some time now.
Thought the bug exterminators would have sorted it by now!!
