Unable To Submit Ticket

There seems to be a mistake with an order I recently made, but when I go to submit a ticket, it won't allow me to enter any text in the question area. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I did this morning, wrote to Magnolia at that time and alerted her to the issue. Last communication from her was that she would have tech support look into it.

If you can't submit a ticket through HD at the shop. You can always just write an Email to support@creepyhollows.com it'll bypass the Ticket menu. However, you won't be able to set the Ticket's priority(it'll be default normal priority).
