Need support help

When I was making my first purchase I had no options for the custom spirit. I sent a request in the notes when I purchased it and I added the correct address into the notes of the buy. I also sent an email to support letting them know there is an issue but I have not heard anything back. I got an email confirmation that Juno is taking care of my request and that was it. Can someone help me

There's no support for orders here on the forum. You have to contact the shop. Use

How long do they take to respond? I’ve sent several emails over the past few days with no response
