i clicked the "view ticket" button in the email, and it leads me to a page to sign in, I used my credentials and it said email not recognized. I'm not sure how else to view my support ticket and updates

If you sent a ticket, by emailing support@creepyhollows.com, you can rest assured there will be a reply from CH helpdesk.
They will definitely reply. Weekdays tickets are usually replied faster, than tickets sent on weekends.
You can ignore the page for signing in your credentials, as when you get an email from CH saying "[## your ticket number##] your ticket has been created", be rest assured your ticket was successfully registered in CH systems.
Subsequent replies from CH will be in your email according to your ticket number mentioned. You can view all the replies and updates in your inbox. If the ticket is closed, you will get another email from CH saying the same.
