Cannot log in to shop

Just what it says in the title. If I enter my email and password (which I am sure is the right password) it says my data is incorrect. When I tried a few days ago it just wouldn't bring up the box to enter info at all.
Should I just wait a while? Will this be fixed? Or do I need to create a new account? If I lose all my membership discounts I will not be able to afford the things I want to buy!

Oh I had that same issue and I think many others did, too. Just ask for a PW reset and then try again with your email this time. Hope it works!

I had the same issue. Password reset fixed it.

I used a username to login, no matter how much I tried I couldn't login, so I had to use the email connected to my CH account, but I had to reset my password first.
I give it a few minutes and I was able log back in.
