Okay, if you are not giving it enthusiastic consent for sexual contact, then you'll need the big guns. Call on Archangel Michael. He likes obliterating malicious spirits and a lot of the time he'll show up before you even finish calling on him.

On another note, do you have house rules for your companions to intercept unbound spirits on your behalf? There's a binding for set of house rules on the CH shop that can help if you're having a hard time enforcing your rules.

well yeah but its never really positive just thinking about experiences , and ive never gone out of my way to make contact with them or talk to them, from my understanding you have to have intent with inviting them back in you cant really do it subconsciously , and my intent is always i never want them around so idk

It sounds like the typical creepy stalker.
Spirits and other beings are able to pick up our thoughts about them. Even if those aren't positive thoughts, you're still thinking about them, creating a connection this way.
Like with a human stalker. They interpret everything their way.
Maybe in addition to banishing do something to let go and say goodbye. That helps your own subconcious to stop thinking about them.

This is a good point. For some folks, any attention is good attention, regardless of your feelings on the matter. OP would benefit from some strong wards to help the banishment stick.
