Working with root Chakra

When trying to cleanse the chakras, I started with the root chakra and after dealing with that i started having huge cramps. Idk if its physical or spiritual. It very well could be physical but I'm wondering what are the physical signs of healing and clearing the chakras? Anyone have any ideas? 1ey 1ey

I know a fair bit about chakra work but am no expert. I think it depends what school of chakra work you're following. Some approaches to kundalini work have been more physical from what I gather and could be physically demanding. Physical signs like you mention sound different from what I do. Others might be able to comment more usefully for you
I've always done either psychic or spiritual level chakra work that leaves me feeling clearer and cleaner and my related body areas feel better. I feel healthier, more well. But I've never used a method that had any sense or forcing or effort.
Having said that, I think it's quite common for spiritual work to trigger a 'healing' crisis.
There may be better information online on a site dedicated to the chakra cleansing method you're using.

Normally you will know its cleared and you will "better" like it flows. Maybe it is unrelated, maybe it is related. Doesn't matter doesn't change anything. Keep doing it and keep clearing and cleansing BUT maybe you should focus more on "healing" and repairing. That's all i can input on it. Sounds like you need some more healing/repairing on the spot.
