Taking a step to kick start the Pineal Gland

As of late I have been studying ways on how to activate the Pineal Gland to help enhance my contact to the spirit world through visions, astral projection and dream state. From what I have read the gland in humans has become calcified through toxins in our everyday lives. I was planning on trying the route of taking servings of Chaga mushroom to help de-calcify my third eye. I was curious if anyone has tried this and or a similar method?

The Chaga mushroom is mostly found in Northern Europe/Canada/Russia/US and legal to purchase in the US (not sure about elsewhere)

I can't speak in regards to the method or its results, but I would recommend talking to a doctor about this intent just to get their advice on consuming the mushroom. There could be pharma side-effects that you are unaware of, for example. I advise caution on any and all alternative medicines / supplements.

If you're not vegan, you can also try fermented skate liver oil by Green Pasture... that works pretty well and has extra benefits for your overall health... if you can get past the lovely fishy burps. *burp*

Let us know how it goes. Good luck.

This seems to cover most of the major bases: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/ch ... de-effects
Chaga is generally well-tolerated. However, no human studies have been conducted to determine its safety or appropriate dosage.

In fact, chaga can interact with some common medications, causing potentially harmful effects.

For example, chaga could pose risks for people on insulin or those with diabetes due to its impact on blood sugar.

Chaga also contains a protein that can prevent blood clotting. Therefore, if you are on blood-thinning medications, have a bleeding disorder or are preparing for surgery, consult with your doctor before taking chaga.

Though some research shows that chaga may help reduce inflammation, it may also cause your immune system to become more active. Thus, people with autoimmune diseases should seek medical advice before taking chaga.

There is no research on the safety of chaga for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Therefore, the safest option is to avoid use.

Finally, remember to buy supplements from reputable sources, as chaga is not monitored by the FDA.

Chaga isn't a psychedelic, is it? I would presume that it's not, given that it's legal to purchase it in the USA. I'm pretty sure the mind-bending species of mushrooms are not on the "legal to purchase" list, lol.

Having said that, I'm a fan of sound therapy. I have tuning forks and chimes in various frequencies to boost specific chakras, and as alternatives for smudging via incense since I can't tolerate smoke. I picked up one very interesting tuning fork from Jonathan Goldman's site called a Pineal Activator. Google "Jonathan Goldman Pineal Activator" to see videos demonstrating its use (and, conveniently, allowing the viewer to hear the tone of the tuning fork).

No it's more on the "superpowered traditional medicinal" end of things.

I will be ordering some today. The suggested dosage is up to 50mg 3 times a day. I am going to try and incorporate it into a tea once a day and see how my body takes it after 2 weeks. The maximum dosage seems to be 150mg a day.

I will be sure to write back on my findings!

Hello everyone,

Sorry for a long time in responding as my personal life has been a bit busy.

Anyway I have been taking the Chaga Mushroom each day and it has defiantly sharpened my awareness with my surroundings. It's hard to put into words the feeling of it but this is my best description. So when i'm in a public setting like my gym for example I'm able to scan the entire room (its quite large) and almost hone in on exactly everything everyone is doing in almost a split second. It also feels as though Im in a movie being played on a vcr with people around me in slow motion and i'm currently on fast forward. This feeling is not to be confused with the feeling one would get from taking addarall or cocaine as the chaga mushroom gives no jittery feeling and no crash whatsoever.

I feel this is just the tip of the iceberg however. I'm hoping to get some more time in the direct sunlight which is said to help penetrate and decalcify the pineal gland even faster while using the chaga. I'm hoping at this point I will be able to activate even stronger mental abilities.

More updates to come.
