As i understand it they take/put out in the world a piece of your energy and whatever spirit comes has felt your energy and would like to work with you. Of course several spirits are attracted to your energy then its up to the conjurer which one is the best fit for you.

Based on your energy they will generally know things like your personality, your energetic alignment, what you need help with currently, etc to determine if you are a good match. If you're a person who works a lot with the earth, has past lives or ancestral connections to earthen beings then your energetic alignment will be more towards earthen. If you're more connected to vampires then it will be vampiric for you. Beings will notice that about you and the interested ones will come forward. The being that is most compatible with you will be chosen.

Yes, I'm with cairngorn on this. Reverse adoptions are not conjured specifically for the customer. They have already been conjured ('pre-conjures' / 'prebounds'). I think this is probably what most sellers mean by reverse adoption too.

They choose you and it's usually said that spirits know what they're letting themselves in for before they do that, Of course, the seller will know who you are and some key details about you but I think the spirits do the energy match.

They might even be asked if they're happy to go to a customer in order to help in a specific role in that person's spirit family. I was given some RAs to meet a specific need that I'd requested for a BOGO .

Woah I had the same exact idea as Tsugi. I’ve always had the idea they put your energy out there and choose the best spirits who come forth to be with you. Now that I saw what you’ve pointed out Lewk, the part that says “if there isn’t a pre bound then it’s a CC”, I might actually put back the R.As for now.

I can’t believe I haven’t paid attention to that sentence before silly me. All along I’ve gotten the R.As based on the knowledge that they were CC and not prebounds.

I think it'd be worth contacting the CH helpdesk: support@creepyhollows.com, so you can get a definitive answer.

I know from previous CH comments that the stock of yet-to-be-rehomed spirits varies. I'm not entirely certain whether any of CH's own pre-conjures are sometimes up for reverse adoption too.

I guess you could always ask CH whether they'd only fulfil the order if there are pre-bound RAs available, rather than give you a CC instead...and whether RA stocks are low at present, if that's also something you want to know, as well as how they'd do the custom conjure.

I assume they have a standard procedure for doing something like an open custom conjuring to call whatever spirit is the best match for you at that moment.
