My super power would be...: Ability to fly
My magical/paranormal name...: Alaric Indigo Root

I don't trust most sellers. CH I have come to trust 100%. Pretty quickly, actually, after getting to know what they're about.

One thing to keep in mind is the conjuration methods are not all the same, nor of the same standard. With CH's expert conjurations, the right type of spirit, the best match to the keeper, comes through. And we can use their diy conjuration items to achieve the same thing - conjuring companions for ourselves.

Some conjurers out there have been mentored by extremely experienced, competent spirit keeping conjurers..who may themselves have been mentored by CH quite some time ago. We could ask a seller where they learned their spirit keeping conjuring from. Who was their mentor?

CH have said it takes many years to achieve the standard necessary for experienced conjurations and we shouldn't open ourselves up to anything less than experienced conjurations.

We can all meet spirits, who can bring unbound friends to us but that is not conjuring in the sense that Creepy Hollows do it. In the CH Advanced Spirit Keeping book there is a warning that, if a seller says they have an Immortal do their 'conjures' for them, that's not the same thing as an actual conjuration. They say spirits have absolutely no way of conjuring other spirits for human beings. They're in their own realm , in spirit form, with limitations.

And binding methods will vary in quaity too. I'm inherently cautious & suspicious.

That leads me to buying from only established experts, CH is one....or we can use CH conjuration items & binding items. Typically, they're layered with all the right CH spells so we can do it for ourselves. I like to think that it's not so much me doing the conjuration but the CH spells that do it, triggered by me. They're completely safe. (nb However if you find and want to use a CH master level diy conjuration, you'll need to be able to provide your own master level protection & they'll tell you that.)

If you want to understand more about different ways of conjuring, why not buy the CH book? The first section deals with Conjuration.

Not the resident expert. Just another spirit keeper. Since 2017.

I have had my own numerous experiences with other conjurers in previous years. Not all are bad, but who have I always come back to? CH. I choose to stay with them - they continue to prove themselves through the quality and experience of work they give out, and I know I can trust them 100%.

They didn’t even send a description of him just a basic race description. I got his name right away, but it worries me what would have happened to someone who wasn’t as open to spirit communication as I was. They would probably feel lost and confused. (I was like I could have conjured one myself for free? I paid you, so I didn’t have to do this lol. I didn’t say that, but that’s how I felt.)

I had another conjurer tell me a spirit didn’t speak English. He just showed up to them and said he would rather go directly to me and feels there would be less of a language gap… I do not speak the language he mentioned, so I don’t know where they even got this idea from. No reading was even performed on him by the conjurer.

That’s why I felt I should speak out on this topic. I want to urge new people to research who they are buying from. I will not name anyone, but it’s important to be careful.
I would be absolutely stunned to receive something like your initial example! I believe some conjurers might exploit your experience, neglecting to invest that additional time to provide a detailed description for a being, unlike with their other clients. I also chuckled at your inner voice; I would love to see that aspect of you more often. Hehe!

I enjoy obtaining conjurations from other practitioners primarily to support their businesses, rather than focusing on mastering the craft myself. However, I do have a growing desire to learn and practice it as well.

It seems that the second spirit might be seeking your assistance. There appears to have been a misunderstanding with the conjurer, which is likely why they didn't provide a detailed description. Have you ever considered conjuring a companion for him, particularly someone who speaks his language?

I completely agree that trust is fundamental. Even if we choose the same conjurer, certain entities may have been with us for several lifetimes and demonstrate strong, positive intentions. However, there are still other beings that require careful vetting. Each practitioner uses their unique methods, making the experience vastly different for everyone. I hope your insights will encourage others to thoroughly research the conjurers they collaborate with.

I'm still willing to collaborate with those who don’t conduct thorough vetting. We can take it upon ourselves to assess the beings they offer and inform them that we are only interested in bringing home one out of every six based on the information provided, for instance. Lol. While it sucks that we have to put in this extra effort, we are also willing to compensate them for revising their work and ensuring that the details match what we glean from our own divinations. Given the current economic climate, I believe it's important to support genuine practitioners, even if they don’t fully vet their processes. This is certainly not recommended for new Spirit Keepers.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. CH will always hold the top spot in my heart (and my wallet. Lol). While others may favor different conjurers, my experiences with various practitioners have only deepened my appreciation for the exceptional work that CH does and for their great companions. The majority of my own companions come from CH, and I wouldn't hesitate to spend my money on CH again. Hehe.

I luckily have a companion here who speaks the language he does as well as English, so she has helped to explain things to him.
