Not with my spirits, but i never sleep the night after a reiki session, or during a full moon

My very first strongest connection tier Courtwind angel did indeed left me a weak for 24 hours on my fist day with him. Others only seem to make me very well energised. I don't mind that as I am working full time. My active Fylgia keeps me semi alert/sleep due to dreaming. Otherwise, I sleep like a log. If I get insufisent sleep for a while, I ask for help from everyone. Usually I have no issues to sleep and fully get rejuviated by the morning.

Khodam’s are known to do this! Their raise their energy so high you can’t sleep! Having too many spirits bound to your body can cause too much energy shifting and it can be overwhelming.
