The condition of the canopic jars is really amazing. This is a great discovery for Egypt, and I hope it continues to shed light on the practices and behaviors of their time.

It's funny how the fear of disturbing the dead seems to fade when you talk about disturbing the resting place of someone who passed a thousand years ago as opposed to a hundred. However, it's good that they do because it will shed light on the practices of religion, social consciousness, and science. I have no doubt, that if the planet is still here 1,000 years from now, they'll be unearthing graveyards all over the world to learn what we're all doing right now.

Simply remarkable... How I would feel like the most honored person on the planet to be allowed to hold and gaze upon one.

Can you just imagine what they may say about us after thousands of years and they dig us up and wonder what the heck we were all dong with all the stuff that we had, cell phones, computers, cars, planes, who knows life could very change after a few thousand years
