I ordered a Profile Binding for my servitor just about a month ago just so I can have a sigil or another way of connecting more easily. Unfortunately, it's been taking longer than I thought and was hoping it'd come sooner but of course I understand that the shopkeeper is going through a strenuous time with his/her illness as well as expecting or has gone through surgery.

Of course, I will wait as I'd already paid for the product, but I can't help to ignore my feelings as the customer for waiting this long for something.

Otherwise, all my interactions with Astra was completely and utterly amazing and pleasant. When he/she isn't busy as I ask numerous questions on the Bloody Skies Website we would even engage in conversations about each other--this one time we talked about particularly on Servitors and then onto Pokemon and various Fandoms and how that inspires him/her to create Servitors.

His preconjures are numerous and fascinating and always a joy reading about them and their quirks. One critique that I have is that I believe is that some older listings are still a little hard to read and scrunched together, which of course I think its due to the site's format. An example would be the Servitor Upgrade Listing (if you're ever curious or interested of upgrading your Adopted Servitor from Bloody Skies).

Other than that I actually have adopted a few servitors thus far: one who was already premade and one through my template--both of which being amazing in every aspect thus far. Albeit, I can only believe what my spiritual family has said when I asked if "she's" a "good fighter?" to which one replied "Yes. Very."

And I was like, "Huh, ok." xD

Anyhow, I find Bloody Skies kinda being my Go-To for Servitors as Kelisterian, unfortunately, having a large compile of orders to go through, at the very least I'm glad he's stable enough to continue on his shop

And finally, I also bought a Prismatic Spell which is said to help open your chakras, see aura and energy vibrations, hear white noise, etc. And to be insultingly honest for me, I don't always practice my Psychic abilities but have felt a little bit more sensitive towards energies of my companions which helped made communication easier as I both talk to them and sense them. I also have heard more white noises on certain days oddly where I heard ringing but also what felt like my head was vibrating.

This was my review, I think the shop is very, very nice to purchase from and definitely always nice reading the Book of Fate for a long long selection of entities to read and perhaps adopt about.

I kind of had this same issue too - with the absence of updates or order fulfillment. I pay very close attention to these things since it is very critical to me. I ordered two readings for the first time back then and I was given a discount code to use for a future order since the wait took so long. I ended up doing another order to use this discount code with, and going with her "Ouroboros Spell", which she acknowledged as completed, and then her "5 Reverse Adoptions" bundle (made this order in May)... which I am still waiting to hear back on. I haven't asked about it except once, I was told she is still vetting the spirits and she had told me she is trying to get through the orders as much as possible since there was apparently a lot in the queue. Thing is, nowhere you can easily find on the site that it takes about 2 months to conjure the spirits unless you do some searching and so she told me that the site says 2 months... so I think having some kind of accessible FAQ of some kind would be helpful.

Hopefully that order will be fulfilled soon since I hate to be the kind of person who has to message the conjurer/seller constantly. I think it would be nice if she could give some kind of order status update to buyers. Many of the conjurers/sellerss I go to usually state to their customers if there is going to be a delay or something came up so my issue is not everyone checks on the forums for updates from her (or knows this forum exists) and I didn't know about the surgery happening until I had messaged her through her website.. I think she could have made an announcement on her website stating this to let clients know their orders might possibly take longer. Because if anything, nobody would have really knew unless they asked themselves or look at the forums here.

So that is my only criticisms. Otherwise, she is very responsive! I do feel she gets the orders done no matter what so I think it is just a matter of information being more "accessible."

I kind of have the same issue too about the site formatting with some of the older listings but I'm glad to see a lot of the newer ones and preconjures are starting to have pictures to get with the spirits and entities.

Hi hate to say this , but I ordered a custom a few months back. I got details ect through and binding was supposed to have been done, nothing. The spirit that was supposedly sent never was here at all .

We have never had this occur as well as no one has contacted me Stating they have had problems with their binding. If they do we immediately check to ensure nothing is wrong. I do apologize that you feel this way but unless you come to us to ask we have no way to assist you. Our spirits are always present we have many years of experience and we use many wards to ensure our quality is not interfered with by tricksters or anything else.

For those waiting. I have been very Ill and do require surgery. I am working so I can get orders completed as safely and accurately as well as smoothly as possible during this time.
I genuinely do apologize as I try to be a bit faster when it comes to things. I also thank you for bringing these things to my attention and am looking forward to better assisting and fixing this so they will not be issues once I am no longer sick. ^...^ thank you for the honor of choosing BSOF.

Yikes, still waiting from April? I'm no shopkeeper or an expert on finance but I've always had the idea or feeling that if a shop is really backed up on orders then could they always temporarily close down their shop for a little bit and completely focusing on all their energy onto the older orders? Otherwise, I feel like it becomes some sort of vicious cycle for both the Customer and Shopkeeper, as the customer becomes frustrated and impatient while the shopkeeper is constantly pressured to finish current and manage newer orders. I've seen one or another shop that didn't close down their shop at the time and had an even bigger backlog of orders, which lead to him being only able to work on his orders on Sunday or so-ish and every other day dedicated for his older orders. And because of that, I stray away from purchasing from the site entirely as I don't want to pay now and wait several months later. And I can feel that some others might say the same thing too--which hurts the business entirely.

The constant communication is what helps keep everything afloat and amicable amongst customers because it helps people give some sort of relief to know about their orders rather than just waiting blindly and hoping to get an email several days later . This is something that I appreciate about Astra personally.

Yay! I just checked the site. Everything is easily accessible via her Book of Fates link in the About Us dropdown :) I had thought that link disappeared, probably why I was double taking for awhile. So I think for anyone new looking into ordering from BSOF just be sure to check the Book of Fates link out, a lot of questions are answered there. I think that was mostly what I was trying to find. My feedback was pretty much the same as Mr. Amnesia's.

All her latest order queues to be fulfilled was noted in a post in the Book of Fates link, and I see that mine and many others is part of that queue. And the site does have a post in there that details the current situation regarding latest orders + why they're taking some time.

A problem that's really been bothering me since i got interested in this shop is that often the descriptions and etc will be confusing and not make very much sense. Like their are a lot of grammar/pronunciation problems that need to be fixed so what you read isn't a confusing jumbled mess. I don't know if I'm the only one that noticed this , but things being more clearly explained would be a help.
