I’ve sat and read a *lot* about the spirit keeping itself, but I’d really like to know how to get in touch with a practioner so that I can get even more in depth with spirit keeping. A bit anxious that I’ll do something wrong because I didn’t know enough from just doing a buttload of reading and research. I like having a guide
