It's definitely up to you..

but let me clear up a common misconception. Spirits cannot be neglected.

This is an issue.. many feel that they must give up their spirits because they don't have time to spend with them, but they aren't like.. pets. Relationship dynamic varies for everyone and spirits understand when they come to you that you are living your life, and your mind can be elsewhere.

While it's important not to be frivolous in spirit-keeping, it is quite a different situation when you simply cannot consciously tend to your spirituality.
Spirits are not stuck around you, they can wander through the realms as they please.. bound spirits simply hold a bond to you, and are an active part of your life whether you recognize that or not. You shouldn't feel pressure to set aside time for them but rather to incorporate them, and that can be done as silently and easily as being open to their presence and guidance.

I agree with Noctifera and plus,they are djinns so you might need them more than ever considering your situation.Just my opinion,the final decision is in your hands.

I would suggest having a meeting with your spirits and get their point of view before rehoming them.

Yes l must admit they can be time consuming.l spent a few hours today looking for colored candles in a shopping centre to find all such shops had shut down. l think my spirits might have to settle for less treats and white bloody candles,instead of their favourite color! Having said that one did indicate to me the base his candles burn on is the right color so he's happy.
When things are emotionally tough it may be time to wind down the time you spend with them.
