When I was on the train on the way home I was just chilling and suddenly my eyes started seeing dots gold dots. I closed my eyes and I tried to focus on the dots and these golden dots connected and became e symbol I started constractin into it and it became brighter and brighter until I couldn't bare it any more and I had to open my eyes. When I opened them I could still see the golden dots but they faded away.I have successfully draw this symbol but I can't find a way to upload it here if you know a way please tell me

I think you may need to save it on an internet images site that produces a BB code you can copy and paste into a post here.

I decided to look for a site that produce a bb code for you and found Imgur. I even made a account to check out if it works and yeah, it does. If you want to post a picture, you can try to upload the pictures there and copy the link and post it here. By the way, the size have to be 350 pixel (whatever that mean) on here. Well, for me at least.

I looked at the image. If that was a Rorschach test I'd say it's q boat sailing on the waves of a lake or the ocean...but the whole golden spots that opened up thing is really interesting.

I did third eye light meditation in the 1970s, during which I saw lots of internal light patterns - some were very powerful, physical experiences and by no means imaginations or mental images. Since then I've realised that these very unusual experiences are related to our neurological systems. I find it very hard to take the glass half empty view of rationalist materialist scientists, who minimise and invalidate these experiences. Rather than think neurology explains them away, I prefer to see it as validating those experiences that pre-scientific cultures thought were divine.

In the first few weeks of practising that school of meditation, I was doing the kechari mudra (a tongue technique) on the London underground when I felt a drop of warm liquid fall on my tongue. This is known In Hinduism or Buddhism variously as nectar, ambrosia or soma. I immediately felt very physically drunk and a very strong warm feeling flooded my body. It was like whisky x 50. I wasn't unsteady on my feet though. The fact that I can understand that phenomenon through the lens of modern science doesn't invalidate the amazing experience I had, or the fact that I have shared an experience that is available to all humans, including those thousands of yeas ago who first began to explore these human mechanisms and thought them divine.

It's the same for your experiences. They're every real, meaningful but also vary natural for humans to have. (in my opinion)

While the image-posting thing has already been resolved here, it is worth mentioning you can actually just attach photos to your post without having to use an image hosting site.
When you go to make a reply on a thread, choose 'Full Editor'. Once there you will see the box to type your post, but if you scroll down to where the Preview/Submit buttons are, just beneath it you will notice Options/Attachments. Click 'Attachments' and it allows you to 'Add Files'.

P.s. I did look at the picture and to me it resembles constellations.

I would search towards constellation more but for me, the first look like a 4 and then a sandglass or infinity and a heart. I did not searched further than that lol.

Yea the first one seams like four but the other one got me the impression of key when I saw it
