Super easy Goober (peanutbutter)pie . No Bake. 8 onces of cream chesse soft and room temp( bar not in the tub). 1cup powdered sugar. 1 cup of peanut butter creamy or smooth whatever you like best. 8 ounce tub of cool whip. 1 pie shell chocolate or Oreo store bought is fine . Mix cream chesse & sugar untill smooth. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in whip cream untill smooth. Pour in to crust and smooth out . I like to add a chopped Hersey bar on top , but you can added kisses or chocolate chips . Keep in freezer take out about 15 minutes before serving. Chocolate drizzle is also good on top when you serve. When you make the pie ask you gargoyle to be there they will enjoy it ! :hungry:
