1/2 Bottle of favorite red wine
2TBSP powdered sugar
1/4th TSP of the following herbs:
rosemarry
thyme
sage
1/2 TSP of the following
garlic
salt pepper
blend all together in a bowl till the sugar is fully disolved. Add 2 steaks and let soak over night. Throw in a pan or on the grill enjoy.

I found that by adding 2 or 3 tsps of cinnamon to the mixture aids in tenderizing the steak. The first time I tried it several years ago, I made the mistake of using a filet mignon that someone had given me... and when I put it on the grill, it broke apart and fell through. Still, I salvaged it... was quite tasty. :thumbup: :thumbup:
