It is a healthy version of cheesecake, and really nice.
1 pack digestive cookies or plain
1/2 half slab (about half handfull) low fat margarine.
low fat philly cheese, one block
1/3 cup lemon juice, and grate the rind TIPBmicrowave lemon for 15 secs on high first
1desrtspoon gelatine
1 pack diet lemon jelly/jello
3/4 cup boiling water
1 can low fat evaporated milk

do the jelly, gelatine, lemon stuff, dissolve let cool.
like whip evap milk till fluffy, then here is where u decide lol. You can add the philly cheese with a cup of sugar, (I do) but if you cant do the sugar, here is the secret. Get one more pack of diet jello and whip that in. Meanwhile, you were meant yto crush them cookies well and mix with the butter or binding agent, cooling in the bottom of a greased spring form pam lined with baking paper. OK, now you pour your whipped evap milk into your cheese mix, beat till smooth, then pour into the cake tin that has the base etc ready. I suck at writing recipes, but this is awesome. If you dont use sugar it still looks the same, I need calories, but I have tried both ways, taste same, look same. I think by adding the lemon rind, you get rid of that diet jelly/o after taste.
