1 cup Warm Water
1 (0.25 oz) package Active Dry Yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Butter, softened or Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Rosemary
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Egg White, beaten

Directions:

Dissolve sugar in the warm water and mix in yeast. When yeast has bubbled mix in 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil, salt, Italian seasoning and rosemary. Mix in 2 cups bread flour, gradually mix in remaining flour to form a workable dough. Knead from 8 to 12 minutes.

Coat the inside of a large bowl with 1 tablespoon olive oil and put dough in the bowl, cover with a cheese cloth or plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot for one hour. Punch dough down and divide in half. Line a cookie sheet with non-stick parchment paper and lightly grease. Shape 2 loaves and place on baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
