Two different things that i can do neither of.
Which should i focus on achieving first.
Any experts willing to put a step by step for a complete beginner like myself. Im very list oriented so if i have a clear set of instruction i can accomplish it, but i understand everyones different. Something simple will do for now

First step should be meditation which leads into lucid dreaming and astral travel.
If you are bad at meditation that's fine, just start simple with only trying for a few minutes then over time gradually add more time to it.
It's a journey so take it one step at a time.

Neither. Meditation is the foundation for all efforts, and the best way to achieve more lucidity in dreams is to write them down as soon as you can upon waking. So meditate and record your dreams, and then see where things go from there.

I started using a Potentials Unlimited cassettes, yes cassettes(lol), when I was in high school. I've used them for AP, memory improvement, concentration and psychic abilities. The AP worked but I stopped using it because I thought that I was being attacked by something that laughed but I know now that they were probably thought forms that I created out of fear. The vibrating was too intense for me as a high school student and left me exhausted. They sell it now as a cd and mp3 for $19. It has around 40 minutes of guided hypnosis on one track and 40 minutes of subliminal music containing the hypnosis on the other track.

Been trying for a while with no luck. Read many books (including the Robert Bruce books) on the subjects. I became interested a year or so ago, have always had vivid dreams. So after coming across a book on lucid dreaming i immediately started my dream journal. Have been doing so for over a year now. I began meditating over a year ago as well. No luck with any of it yet. Any suggestions are welcome!
