So, prestory to this post:
My friend contacted me saying she has been approached by some entity who looks like the infamous "hat man" often called "shadow people", the kind mentioned here:

But other characteristics didn't really match, the man kept whispering nonsense along with the word "Aldebaran." A few searches lead to these:

I'll get to why this is relevant next.
I reached out to see if I could find any spiritual contact based on what was told to me about the hat man, and received images which at first looked like a pangolin with scales. The entity then came closer over a period of maybe an hour and then came up and manifested with full visuals in my mind as a humanoid with red rock looking scales all over their body. As I tried communicating they then gradually retracted the scales and exposed a quite human looking woman, apart from the back still having ocher colored hard scales. I was given an iron pike (astrally) and she told "Use this" and she pointed at my friend's situation. Without exposing too much I can say there's unrest in her country and the thing the entity pointed at was a timeline, she wanted me to use the pike to slighly bend the timeline to protect my friend from the trouble.
I should add here that my communicative ability is better on the intuitive and emotional side and not so much on the verbal, so I rarely get any verbal communication, rather they show me in visuals or use other conceptual methods. Channelling is rather straining for me also so I usually avoid it and would rather ask a friend to channel the entity I want to talk to for quicker replies.
After this I talked to my friend again and the hat man had then suddenly whispered "Aldebaran's daughters" to her. Assuming this was connected, it would be a reference to the woman I connected with when reaching out. The links found above are relevant in that they show a location related to the name, a star called Aldebaran, a red rock, matching the protective scales worn by the entity, and the robot manufacturer making what is essentially a golem, and the entity did look like a rock golem before retracting the scales.
This morning I was heaving breakfast then went to read some in the garden when the entity started pushing me to go make this post, and she's been helpful and friendly so far so I expect there's a reason for it. I also kinda want to know if anyone else has any references to this?
What is the significance of Aldebaran and has anyone had contact with aliens/entities from there?
Anything anyone has to add is welcome.
