What are energy constructs and thoughtforms?

There are beings that can be created by your own personal energy or another energy source. They can be programmed for a specific purpose and have any design you desire. Constructs are generally present for a time limit, when their purpose or time is up, their energy will return to the source it came from. Thoughtforms can be created even if a person doesnt think about it and can be as kind as a person want it to be or as mean as.... something very mean.. 
if a person is feeling ill for a long time, thoughtforms can be created without the person knowing about it and they can haunt and do bad things, one can even feel cursed by them. They can also be created with purpose and have any design. Thoughtforms are lesser beings that are generally not conscious but can become very powerful if one continues to feed them negativity but they are easy to get rid of with cleansings. Constructs have limited consciousness since they are created for a specific purpose during a time limit.
