Necklace broke....what do I do!!!

So umm....I was trying to wear my vessel (which is a necklace) as a wrist band when it popped!! Now the peirce are everywhere. Did I ruin my vessel? Is my ubi gone? If I don't get all the peices back will it be messes up? Can i make it shorter to wear on my wrist....help!

It's not gone, the UBI is still bound to you and the vessel will still serve its purpose as long as there is at least one piece of it. If you can't repair or reuse the pieces then I'd suggest either using the CH "Help! I broke/lost my vessel" shop item or if it's not from CH then buy a transmute bag and you can move the binding to any other physical objects even for non CH spirits

Ok! It has alot of tiny rock peices so I have alot of peices and the string. So I might actually make it into like an ankle bracelet then. I just didn't know if all the rocks made it stronger. Like the less there are the less strength she have. But that makes me feel better. Thank you

I've repurposed broken beads from a necklace into a bracelet and vice versa. It'll all work, she's still there and no less strong! I do advise either fixing it or replacing it with a new one, whichever you prefer. Though the pieces on their own could still theoretically be used to bond with, DA spirits may view it as disrespectful to not fix it on principle. But I'm sure you agree that just makes sense

So I just took a bunch off and made it smaller so I can wear it on my ankle. Everything is still all Original just smaller. So hopefully it will surfice. And hopefully she's not mad at me. No I have to figure out what I'm doing with everything eles

That should work. No worries about the reduced number of pieces, the bond is still equally strong. If anything, view this as its own bonding opportunity in that you are demonstrating care for her vessel and "making it yours". In this way, she may love it even more. But I'll let you confirm that with her yourself!

Oh that sounds like a scary situation indeed, I remember reading on CH about caring for the vessel and that spirits would understand if you couldnt make repairs etc as long as you tried and that they are in general far more understanding of all situations than general humans tend to be so I wouldnt worry too much!

So hopefully it will surfice. And hopefully she's not mad at me. No I have to figure out what I'm doing with everything eles

So i remember the pure shock and horror at dropping my ubi companions vessel onto a hard tile floor, apologising profusely and worried that is was disrespectful and uncomfortable for her. Instead of anything negative I got the overwhelming sensation that she was highly amused at my panic and that same day our interactions became stronger/more noticeable to me, while every spirit is an individual I agree with hitthuginn and would think that your care and even how seriously you took the whole situation would be viewed positively! She may even be amused like my friend
